This session offers precisely that: a dedicated time out. Whether you're navigating recent bereavement, feeling overwhelmed, or experiencing emotional turbulence, this session is designed to hold you gently using holistic therapies.
Massage, a key component of the Jing Method, is a powerful tool to quiet the body's stress responses, allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of calm and relaxation. It will bring you back to a calmer state and aid in muscular pain reduction. Each "Emotional Reset" session is unique, guided by your needs on that day.
I'll draw upon my full therapeutic toolbox, which may include myofascial release, traditional Western massage, Thai massage, stretching, still point work, reflexology, reiki, trigger point therapy, acupressure, aromatherapy, gentle hypnotic suggestions, or guided visualization. There’s also space to talk, if that feels right for you.
These sessions are 45 minutes or 90 minutes in length. You will be sent a consultation form beforehand, which will allow me to start planning your session ahead of time (meaning you get the full 45/90 minutes on the treatment couch!).
