Please feel free to use the online booking facility to search for your own appointment, and to book at a time convenient to you. If you prefer to contact me direct, please feel free to call, text or email me. I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have! Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have clicked the link in your booking text or email, and followed the required steps. Failure to formally confirm your appointment means it may be cancelled automatically.
I use an automated booking system called Fresha to manage all my clients' appointments, payments, and consultation forms. Upon booking, you will be sent a text, with a link to confirm your appointment by entering credit or debit card details into the system, and confirming your acceptance of the cancellation terms and conditions. These are encrypted and held securely, and I can never see your card details. Please click this link and confirm your appointment as soon as you can; failing to do so may mean your appointment gets cancelled and given to someone else.
Cancelling or moving your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in 50% of the total cost of the appointment being payable.
Not showing up for your appointment, or cancelling with 1 hour or less notice will result in 80% of the total cost of the appointment being payable.
Fees are payable in ALL instances, and under all circumstances. Failure to pay, or supplying card details that are incorrect, or for an account with unsufficient funds to pay will mean you are blocked from making any further bookings with me.
Arriving late to your appointment will impact the time you have on the couch with me. Unfortunately I can’t allow late arrivals to impact other client’s treatment start times. Please note that the full cost of the original treatment booked will be payable, no reductions or amendments to your bill will be made in the event of having to adapt your treatment due to lateness.
In extreme cases, it may not be feasible to complete any treatment at all in the time left. In this case the full bill is still payable.
Please note that on the rare occasion I am running behind I will do my best to let you know via text or phone call ahead of your appointment time. You will still get your full treatment time with me.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
You are paying for my time, which cannot be returned to me, nor can the products I have used to perform your treatments. If you are unhappy with the service I have provided, please talk to me, and we can plan an different session for next time.
Prior to each appointment you will receive a consultation form via email. It is your responsibility to fill this in, in order for me to tailor your treatment, and so that you can inform me of any contraindications. I may adapt your treatment accordingly, or offer an alternative treatment if the one you’ve booked in for is not suitable for you.
I am not responsible for any adverse effects after treatment caused by failure to disclose any known or underlying health conditions, or medications being taken. I am not a medical professional, and I will not be able to advise you on anything medically related.
