If you're in pain, you need to book a Jing massage; either the initial consultation and first treatment if its something we've not worked on before, or the 45 minute follow-up massage if I've already seen you for this issue.  

If your focus is more on relaxation , or general wellbeing then feel free to book one of the AromaSpa massages; these are available at either 45, 60, or 90 minutes.

I am qualified in both deep tissue and sports style massage, but will use whichever styles of massage are appropriate for you on the day.  Contrary to popular belief, deeper is not necessarily more effective when it comes to massage, and we certainly don't need to cause you discomfort!! Both these styles have a reputation for being "no pain no gain", and my method of working is quite different to this.  I will work within your tolerance levels to find the areas that need work, and massage to a depth that is comfortable for you.  Sports and Deep Tissue often don't pay much mind to the client's experience!! Rest assured I will go as deep as you're comfortable with to get results...but be prepared that it might be a different (more relaxing?) experience than other "sports massage therapists" might give...

I currently only offer services to women, and to men who have been personally recommended to me by an existing client.  

Please try to arrive on time for your appointment.  I do not have a waiting area or reception, as I work from my home.  If you arrive too early I will not be ready for you, I may still be with my previous client,  and won't be able to let you in.

Anything from 24 hours to 7 days.  I prefer to run my business by text-based communication where possible, and will follow up with a time-scheduled video call where necessary. You'll get a much faster response from me if you ping me a text or a WhatsApp.
